Qualities that clients value:
Adaptability to different situations and topics. Always seeking to redefine the questions in ways that are most relevant to client needs. Willingness to share insights, identify new approaches and techniques, and do any task necessary on a given project. Dedication to producing relevant work that meets the client's needs.
What drives Peter:
Seeing the possibilities in a community and identifying ways that they can realize their potential. Seeing how ongoing changes will potentially affect our clients, and applying the information needed to adapt to these changes.
Success story:
The City of Cerritos economic development strategic plan presented some unique challenges that we had not previously encountered in this type of project. We worked collaboratively with city staff and community members to come up with solutions in response to these challenges. Those findings have since been put to work in the community.
